Review content:
My car was stolen from Seattle and driven to San Francisco in October. My insurance recommended Alioto's because it was closest to the impound lot in SF. After talking to one of the reps at Alioto's, I trusted them to make repairs for the damaged caused by the theft as well as spent $1000 of my own money to fix prior damage. \r I flew to SF to pick up the car and drive it home but noticed a horrible smell as well as flies that seem to come out from everywhere within the car. The smell came from the floor of the backseat because the carpet was soaked in blood that had dried. Alioto's vacuumed over the blood instead of contacting me and my insurance about it so that it could be taken care of safely. I had to find a grocery store in SF to purchase large garbage bags, strong gloves and deodorizer. I had to through away all of my floor mats because I wasn't comfortable having them in the car with me. I was too upset to call the body shop and did not have time for them to fix it because I was on a timeline. They also did not seal the back passenger window correctly so I can hear a whistling noise as I am driving.\r Tomorrow I am taking my car to a body shop that I trust here in Seattle to correct the job Alioto's failed to do. I would not recommend this body shop to friends or family.\r
