This is the kind of lame excuse and lack of professionalism you should expect from this rundown chop shop. AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS BECAUSE THEY DON'T TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR SCREW-UPS.\r

My girl booked an appointment, and they totally screwed it up and put it for the following week. When she went in there, they did not even squeeze her in or apologize.\r
