I am generally a very understanding person and would never write a terrible review about a bad experience but I have to go against the norm and write a not-so-great review. I went to Bella Bella in the hopes to find a great salon in West Chester. I had the works done to my hair and for the prices- I expected a lot. When I got home from the appointment, I noticed that the color was spotty and the cut was very poor. The way it was styled before I left was very cute, but upon inspection at home, the hair cut was very bad. (think low-end Hair Cuttery) It has now been over a week and the color is terrible- I feel horrible and want to hide under a rock, but since the service was so expensive I cannot afford to get it fixed right now. This may have been an off day for the stylist, but I won't be going back. I am out a lot of money and have a very poor style to show for it.
