This is my first message. I had to fire her as our real estate agent because she was not a neutral party between me and the seller. There were numerous delays in getting the house appraised. The appraiser was either on vacation or the seller was not ready for the appraisal. When our inspecter inspeced the house and found numerous structural problems we decided not to buy the house. We finally got the appraisal numbers and the house appraised for around 30,000 less than their asking price. We would not buy this house. The mortgage company of course would not allow the loan to go thru. Her first statement to us when we told her we would not be buying the house was ""You're not getting your earnest money back!"" and then went on about her Cristian ethics and our supposed lack of Christian ethics. I believe we were the victims of a fishing expedition from her and the seller. I believe that they wanted to test the waters to see how much the house could sell for. They must have thought we were suckers and would relinquish our earnest money without a fight. She was wrong. Pros: Sellers Realtor Cons: Not a neutral party when working with the buyer and seller.
