Stay Away! from service department. After authorizing a repair, they added an extra $100 to the bill, (in addition to performing the repair). I called other dealerships and it is the industry practice to charge the fee, but to not charge the customer if they authorize the repair. What a Rip Off artist. Must be nice to pocket 100USD from every car that rolls through their service department. (that is a huge chunk out of a fixed income budget).
