Review content:
We became involved with VV by accident literally and have been taking our four legged family members there since. They are very caring and take the time to make sure any and all concerns are answered. I have had to wait a bit during appointments, but one needs to realize that they also take emergencies, do surgeries and so on. One would not want them to rush if your pet was being cared for, so sometimes patience is key. Our dog had an accident which required immediate attention on a weekend and an evening no less and VV was there for us with just a call. Not only did they treat our dog, they treated us because we were so shook up. We have a dog who is a basket case to take to the vet and they know how to deal with him each and everytime we go. Communication is key and they will work with you. I am greatful we found them and if you give them a try you will be too!
