We became involved with VV by accident literally and have been taking our four legged family members there since. They are very caring and take the time to make sure any and all concerns are answered. I have had to wait a bit during appointments, but one needs to realize that they also take emergencies, do surgeries and so on. One would not want them to rush if your pet was being cared for, so sometimes patience is key. Our dog had an accident which required immediate attention on a weekend and an evening no less and VV was there for us with just a call. Not only did they treat our dog, they treated us because we were so shook up. We have a dog who is a basket case to take to the vet and they know how to deal with him each and everytime we go. Communication is key and they will work with you. I am greatful we found them and if you give them a try you will be too! more

We are new to the area, and tried VV on the recommendation of our neighbor. The staff are very loving with the animals, and very professional with their treatments. There is occasionally a long wait, but after seeing our doctor, I understood why. They take so much time and interest with you, you are never made to feel rushed. After reading the negative review on this website, all I can think is the reviewer needs to lighten up. Some of the staff can be blunt, and their humor may come off as "dry." This is just their style. Most of the staff here are extremely polite and easy to talk to. I wish I could find a pediatrician with the qualities of these doctors! Pros: null Cons: null more

A very disappointing visit; although I didn't have an appointment I was sent to an exam room, waited over an hour and then when the Doc did arrive I was given a 2 minute lecture on just arriving and not having an appointment. (excuse me but when my dog is in pain, that's my #1 priority) Sorry I can't book a appointment when things happen and my dog is in pain! Finally got the doc to let me leave her and do some tests.... was conactecd around noon, the 1st thing I was told.."we're done torturing your dog" (wtf) I was given the test results and asked to come pick her up between 3:30 - 4:30. I arrived @ 4. Watied until 5:15 before the doc could make time to show me the test results! When I asked " what can we do to prevent this in the future?" Response; "don't get another dachshund" Needless to say I am looking for another vet to take my "kids" too. more

Very friendly service. Knowledgeable staff that keeps you up to date on your pets needs. I'm always pleased with their service and will return for many years. more
