My daughter went to summer camp and as part of the program the girls went to the Mad Platter in High Point. Due to a problem the girls were not able to take their creations with them. My understanding was the creations were supposed to be mailed out the following week to the girls home. That was the beginning of August. It is now November 17th and we just received my daughter's plate yesterday. The camp dealt with the owner and the owner has done nothing but lie continuously. When the camp got in touch with her the middle of October the owner said she would mail the stuff that week (turned out we were not the only family still waiting) and she didn't do it until 3 weeks later. The woman told the camp she would send us apology letters and a gift certificate for her store. That was not included either. I would never ever go there again. They will never see one penny of our business after how we were treated. I would highly recommend going some where else. Do not spend your money here.
