Star Track is the most unreliable and unprofessional party rental place I have ever used. I anyone looking to rent there machines for their party to run and never look back. Star Track ruined my nephews 1st Birthday Carnival Theme party. I booked a cotton candy machine, popcorn machine, snow cone machine, table top frank machine, basket ball hoops game and the skeet game for my nephews 1st Birthday Carnival Theme party. I totally trusted this company with the foundation of my party and the entertainment for the children that attented. To my disappointment at 4:06 pm on the day of the party I received a phone call from them stating that their truck caught a flat on the highway and they don't have a spare. By the way they were suppose to be at the party at 3:30. Therefore, they were already 30 minutes late and still had about another 45 minutes before they would have arrived. You mean to tell me a company of this size that has taken on a task to be responsible for someone's birthday party only has 1 truck to commute with? I believe not. Then to make it even worse they simply told me they will keep me informed. I had to make the continuous phone calls to them to find out if they were going to make it by sending another truck or if they would by trying to accommodate me in any way. They simply stop answering their phones until they evently answered at about 5:00 pm to let me know they would not be coming and was canceling. I had over 125 guest at the birthday party and over 60 children. I planned for this party for 4 months and entrusted this company with my entertainment and this is what I got. I was so hurt and embarrassed all of my hard work for nothing. Over all the children enjoyed the party but what is a carnvial theme party without cotton candy and popcorn. It is now 2 day after the party and i have yet to even receive a phone call of apology. How unprofessional.
