Review content:
Last week I ordered by phone two birthday cakes. I specified one cake was for pick up on Thursday morning (today) for 7:30 A.M. and the second cake is to be picked up on Friday morning (tomorrow) at 7:30 A.M.. This morning I arrived at PA Bakery to pick up my first cake. The first woman starts to assist me and starts looking for my order. I explained it's a 7"" Strawberry Shortcake. She continues to look for my order. After about 10 minutes going by then proceeds to ask me what name is it under More time passes and then asks what name it's under. After about 20 minutes have passed and a second person assisting me, they come to say my cake was NOT READY!
