Monday Feb 5, 2007. I have always loved Big Kahuna's Pizza. I will never go back again. I called at 6:25ish for a delivery order. I was told 45 minutes to and hour. I called and hour and 15 minutes later to see where my pizza's were. The young lady told me that the driver just took out 2 orders and as soon as he got back he would deliver mine. At 8:15 I called again and asked where my pizza's were. The young lady told me the driver was having problems finding his last stop but she would give me (20 or 30 percent off my order if I would like). I told her 2 hours is a long time to wait for an order and I would just get food somewhere else and to just cancel my $40.00 order. She Said I Voided your order! (click) She hung up on me!!!! I called back and asked for her name and she told me she didnt have to give me her name! (click) She hung up on me again! I called back and asked for the manager. (I am the manager) can I talk to the owner. (he's on vacation) I would really like your name because I think the owner would like to know how you are running (or ruining i think to myself) his business . ( I don't have to give you my name) fine I will send my daughter in to get your name. (you are going to send your daughter in to get my name. I am going to call the cops!) (click) She hung up on me again! OWNER OF BIG KAHUNA'S. This young lady is blond with star tatoos on her wrist. You may want to take a look at these reviews. This is not the first bad review.
