I'm specifically writing in regards to the poor delivery service and attitude of Schiano's Northeast. Twice they cheated me. The first time I ordered a sandwich for delivery and they said it wasn't worth the trip in the rain. Nice customer service there. And on the latest occasion (and the last time I will order from them) they cheated me out of a dollar when I paid them (they kept a dollar extra in tip when giving me change and rushed me so much I didn't notice until I was gone.) I'm handicapped so can't afford to be cheated out of money.
Pros: Okay food
Cons: Lousy delivery and attitude
