Our office recently decided to try their lunch specials.We were excited at the thought of a delicious, health concious, ""Chinese Gourmet"" nearby. Our delivery came fairly quick and the delivery person was very nice. Things quickly changed! Not only was our order wrong ( and if you have food allergies, you know how bad this is), they were not willing to even discuss fixing the problem. I was yelled at over the phone, they were trying to convince us that we were wrong about the order, and mocking us that they would give us a dollar for being wrong about what they sent. I tried to explain several times that we could not eat what they sent because of an allergy! It was ridiculous, the issue was not money, but quality of food and service! To add insult to injury, the remaining food was disgusting! I am a Concierge and would not recommend this restaurant!
