The manicure and pedicures have always been satisfactory so I figured I would give it a chance to try the waxing services. What a mistake on my part, trying a new waxer one week prior to an important night out with my boyfriend. Oh my god, the woman who waxed me didnt understand a lick of a english but kept nodding ok when I explained and showed her exactly what to leave and what to remove during a bikini/semi brazilian wax. It wasnt that difficult, just leave the mid ""triangle"" and take the rest, well She did the opposite, took off what I wanted to keep and left what I wanted removed, talk about upset, I couldnt help but to yell at her while in tears. It was the most hideous thing I ever saw, ended up having to go with a complete brazilian. I have never been back since, not even for a manicure and pedicure.
Pros: manicures and pedicures
Cons: cant perform a simple wax job
