Review content:
i went in to get the color stripped out of my hair and Gina fried it,she put stripper on my hair and put me under heat for more than an hour and a half. I told her it burned and she still would not rinse me. When she finally did my hair was had the consistency of cotton candy. she charged me for the procedure and i had to pay another salon to deep condition it. I also lost four inches in back and three in front.
