I had bed bugs twice, in two different Brooklyn apartments. Both times it was a significant problem, and both times Absolute Death solved that problem.
The first time I had bed bugs I had no idea what they were. I thought I had hives. After two months and one unsuccessful treatment with another company, I called Absolute Death and they were able to completely eradicate the problem in just one day.
The second time, two years later, I was living in another part of Brooklyn and knew right away that I had bed bugs but my new roommates didn't believe me so it took 2 months again to convince everybody to let me bring in Absolute Death. Although we had to pack up our entire 2-bedroom apartment (no small feat) they came in and again took care of the problem.
I had a slight recurrence a month later when I tried to reintroduce a suitcase into the room and they came back the day I called, used organic spray and solved the problem right away.
I highly recommend Absolute Death. I'm living in Philly now and have bed bugs again and can't tell you how devastated I am that I have to find a new exterminator. And even now, I called and asked for help in knowing what to look for in a new exterminator and they gave me all the information I need.
Although it's a huge pain to pack up the entire apartment, (it's literally like you have to move out and back in again in two days,) it was entirely worth it because the right problem was fixed immediately.
I recommend Absolute Death to all my friends and family. I believe they are the best and most knowledgeable bed bug exterminators in Brooklyn.
