I've been sailing on Lake Travis since the late 90's. Have used TSA as a bare boat, captain charter, corporate regatta, and leasee. Boats are always well found. Staff is excellent - knowledgeable and helpful. I was a novice when I first began renting their boats, and found them excellent instructors and supportive of my learning process. Note that proficiency is expected - either via certification or practical demonstration - to take a bare boat. That is as is should be as Travis is always changing (depth) and usually pretty busy (traffic) and one needs to be able to handle a boat well in those conditions. Highly recommended at any step in your sailing adventure.
