I have done business with this shop for years. On special occasions, I always order flowers from All Knoxville Floral Company. The shop itself is not big, nor is it stocked to the rafters with useless merhcandise. However, the owner always creates beautiful, custom designed arrangements when the order is placed and does NOT fill orders by picking a premade order from a cooler. Everything is made fresh. Sally Rogers, the owner, has been in business since 1984 and definitely knows her business. 99% of the time she is the one I speak with when placing an order. Her highly personalized service is exceptional and I won't do business with anyone else. She has access to the everyday as well as exotic flowers to suit any taste. I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing custom made flower arrangements for any occasion. If you don't reach her right away, you can leave a message on the answering machine and she will promptly return the call.
Pros: Always Fresh, Always Professional
Cons: Hard to get through on major holidays.
