Chicken and Spice is possibly the best fried chicken you can get in Joliet, if not the US.
Chicken-N-Spice is well known for their famous Chicken Chunks -- baseball sized chunks of chicken breaded in slightly spicy batter. They're addicting, so be prepared and learn the route, since you'll be back.
Also something unique is they offer a soda simply called "Red" -- it's a cherry soda that goes very well with your wonderful chicken!
