Okay. I can't say enough good things about Jessica. I have told all my friends and family to go to her and now I'm telling total strangers. GO.
First of all, it was under extremely difficult circumstances that I got in to see her. My schedule was crazy and I had a really short deadline to get my hair done. More about my hair in a moment. Jessica was so accommodating, she scheduled me outside of her normal hours- 10 pm Tuesday night! For a two hour appointment!
Second, she is just awesome. She's relaxed and funny and you know she's really paying attention to what you think and feel. She's not the type of stylist who just does what they want or think is best- but she will give you good advice about what might work better if you're off the mark. Like I was! I was about to get an all over color but she recommended highlights and lowlights to add dimension to my natural color. Which saves me a ton of time and energy- I don't have to try to keep up with the full all over color. WHO DOES THAT? She could have happily taken my money for redoing my hair all the time but gave me a solution that works best for me. My hair looks fantastic.
Last, my hair is a tangled mess of insanity. I wear it long, to my butt and it's curly. The products she advised me to use and the styling tips she gave me have made a HUGE difference in the health and appearance of my hair. The color is gorgeous. The layers she added really boosted the curl factor and helps avoid triangle hair. The products leave my hair soft and shiny and perfect ringlets instead of the crunch and wacko ends that the other stuff gave me. If she can help MY hair- she can deal with whatever you have going on.
HIGHLY recommended. You're doing yourself a disservice by going anywhere else.
