Lainie cares about keeping your hair healthy. She was brutally honest with me the first time I met her, telling me that my hair would not ""do"" what I wanted it to do without being horribly damaged. She offered me alternatives that were better suited for me and I appreciated it. She seems to have an indepth knowledge of hair color chemistry, and listening to her tell me about what was happening in my hair on a molecular level was fascinating! I have to agree with what everyone else is saying- Lainie is the Color Diva! Her salon is so cute I wish I could move right in. She has won a loyal client in me.
