i walked in for my appointment and was greeted with rude service, i waited 30 minutes, and FINALLY someone took me back to wash my hair, i kept saying i had come for highlights, and she was just in a blank stare, not paying attention. she took me and didnt even glance at the colorist station and just gave me a haircut, i didnt want a haircut AT ALL and it was uneven and and hideous. i went up to the front desk and asked for my money back and she refused, i said i wanted a highlight session and got 1 but had to wait for an HOUR. finally she took me back and couldnt stop talking about how she was going clubbing that night and fried my hair!!!!!!!!!!!! they over priced me and when i asked for my money back they said no, i paid for both the haircut and the y highlight, both were a disaster
Pros: conveiniant location
Cons: refused to give me my money back, and gave an uneven cut
