Review content:
I have mixed feelings about Rocky Mountain Diamond. They do have very competitive prices (thousands less than mall jewelers), and for the most part they are very easy to work with and willing to accomodate. However, my philosophy is: get it right the first time. I have had to bring my ring in several times, and I feel like the jeweler they work with must not pay great attention to details because I have had to send my ring back a number of times to get things fixed that should have been right from day one. For instance, the center stone wasn't really centered so I took it in to get fixed, which they did without a problem. Then took it back in again because I noticed the side diamonds were different clarity, and they fixed that without a problem as well... except then when I got my ring back the center stone wasn't centered again. So I had to take it back again to get that fixed -- for the second time. So... just an example of some things that have been really frustrating for me. If you have a simple setting, I would say this is the place to go... otherwise, unless you are willing to be persistant in getting exactly what you want this isn't the place for you. In addition, the amount of time it takes to get things fixed is a little too long. 2-3 days for a simple cleaning, or minor adjustment. Also, don't count on it being done the day they tell you -- count on it being delayed at least a day, or maybe even two.
Pros: Great prices, great diamonds
Cons: Poor quality workmanship
