Let me begin by saying, I recently moved out of the Venice area and got a terrible haircut/color in a new place. I've thought long and hard, and instead of writing a bad review of this new place (in Burbank), I'm going to be positive and write about the great experiences I USED to have in Selena's care. She always gave me the cut and color I wanted and was honest about whether a particular style or color would suit me. My curly hair never looked healthier and more stylish- no easy feat fellow curly-heads will note. I looked forward to getting my hair done because not only did it feel like a much-needed pampered experience, but Selena and I would fall into relaxed converstaion, so it was also like visiting an old friend. She's a warm, mellow and interesting person who definitely knows her trade. Go see her, she's great.
