I've only had great, friendly service at Strands so I am super surprised by any negative comments about the staff there. Terri does my waxing and she is quick and professional. Ever have that problem where the stylist gives you a great cut but you hate the way he/she blows it out after? Not here. Vince is the only person I'll go to for a blow dry and style that I know will look GREAT that day. He pays attention to the details. Everyone is very friendly when I walk in and everyone looks great--a sign that they care about their appearance and their client's appearance.
