I highly recommend the Lovett Inn B&B for a place to call home away from home while visiting Houston! I have stayed there on business for 3 to 4 nights a week for the past 7 months. For me, the inn is conveniently located close to downtown. There are also nearby shopping and restaurants. The inn itself offers a variety of rooms. Each one is different but all include the amenities to take the edge off of business travel (coffee maker, iron, etc.) One feature I especially liked was that the breakfast basics were available anytime of the day (fruit, cereals, milk, etc.). Most importantly the owner and staff at the B&B did their best to make sure I was happy during my work weeks. I tried staying at other B&Bs and hotels, but the Lovett Inn is the best!
