This company has managed for our family for the past 8 years. We're a small investor with an office/retail building. They have done a great job over the years keeping our property full, tenants satisfied, and guided us at no charge through financing options. Terry has always put our interest first and is proactive. Our tenants stay a long time because their concerns are addressed when needed. If you need someone dedicated to his profession, very knowledgeable, will explain the good or bad, this is the right place. The staff is small I always get a prompt return call. Great service and advise from a powerfully small company.
