Businiess name:  Silverlake Water District

Review content:
We had purchased what had been a rental home and were new to this district. It was a difficult move for us as we were also facing with health issues at the time. Shortly after we moved in, we received a shut-off notice for the previous tenant's bill. They were extremely difficult to deal with on this and although they extended the shut off day, they threatened to do so if we did not come up with the money. Obviously they had to pay for their brand new building some way, right??? We were shocked and dismayed at how heartless and inflexible they were. They also refused to bill the previous owner or tenant. Cons: Heartless..they can be, they control our water
