Businiess name:  Evergreens At Mount Moriah

Review content:
I am a resident at UNC hospital and have lived at Mt. Moriah for 8 months now. I moved from Alabama , so I relied on the many reviews I read about most apartment complexes in the area and I toured many during a trip to North Carolina. I knew I found the right place when I came to the Evergreens. This is a great place where most people are young professionals and graduate students. It is quiet and dog friendly. They have two dog parks and a small park for kids. I am also renting a garage for the winter so I don't have to worry about scraping windows in the morning. They open the pool on April 1st so you can start tanning and enjoying North Carolina's weather earlier in the season. The management organizes parties (about 5 since I've been here) and they give prizes to the best dancer or costume or whatever else. Their parties have great food and awesome drinks and it is a great opportunity to meet the neighbors. I called maintenance once because my shower faucet was leaking (about a pint per hour) and they came within 45 minutes and solved the problem. I have really enjoyed my time here and I am writing this review because this is the only way people who move to the area can make an informed decision and narrow down their search. I know that is what I did and I am glad I read good reviews about this place. The aparments are only about 8 years old and I have never seen a bug which is the problem in most of the apartment complexes in Chapel Hill (at least on those that are semi-comparable in price).
