It started with the wrong cut of stones being put in the ring that my fiance had created for me. No problem, human error, we were told it would be no problem to have this fixed. Of course they carelessly tried to force in the wrong cut of diamonds in the wrong settings in front of us and after our protest to this ridiculous endeavor they acted disgruntled and reluctantly admitted that a new ring would have to be recreated. We were promised it would be done within 10 days. Long story short, we were given the run around on every phone call and did not receive the ring back for four weeks! Keep in mind that we have already spent a great deal of money on this ring and we are to be married in less than six weeks. We get the ring shipped to us, no paperwork, no certificate of authenticity, and immediately noticed the ring looked twisted and the settings were off. We have the ring immediately appraised and find to our horror that the diamonds have been downgraded and there is porosity in all of the prongs (holes) which will cause the ring to lose its stones. The band was pinched and tweeked, the settings were crookied, one diamond was longated while another one square. The ring was a montrosity. We immediately returned it to them and as we have lost all faith in their abilities to deliver a quality ring, we demanded our refund. They have done nothing but argue and refuse responsibility. Not only have they refused refunding us the thousands of dollars spent but they refused to even recreate a ring when that would be the only way to correct all of the careless mistakes. We have no ring, I have had no engagement and we are out 4500.00. Be warned to stay as far away from any company that cannot stand behind their work and policy to satisfy you with quality work. And dont be taken with verbal promises, get everything in writing and dont sign anything that says no refunds! Or just save yourself a lot of money and grief and don't buy from crooks!
