In Feburary of 2008 I went 2 Superior 2 have my taxes prepared. Well everything was fine until I never recieved my refund. I contacted the IRS to claim my refund n was told that my account # was entered incorrectly for direct deposit n they would be sending me a paper check. I recieved my paper check about 9 weeks after speaking with the IRS. Then I nver recieved my Ecnomic Stimulus check. I called back 2 the IRS to claim my Stimulus n was told that I was listed as a Dependent my tax return. I should have been listed as Single That is why I nver recieved the check. Which meant that my return should of more. I had to contact Superior Tax n get them 2 prepare the Amended tax form 1040x. I sent the amended form out n Aug. Well still by Nov I had not recieved the rest of my refund. I had to contact the IRS again to ask them if everything was ok. Well Nov 8th the Amended Tax form was being sent back 2 me. Because once again Superior tax had messed up n forgotten to add the 8880 form. Which was supposed to be sent down with the 1040x. I had to go back to Superior Tax to get the 8880 form. I was NEVER apologized 2 I was basically called a liar by the woman @ the front desk. She also told me this n these exact words When you come back next year don't say anything to Mr. Lauderbach because you know how men are when they are told they have done something wrong She gave me the envelope 2 mail the 8880 form n with no stamp. Then n early January I still nver recieved my refund after I sent the 8880 form n. I had to call the IRS again n was informed my account had been closed @ the IRS. The representative didntt know what that meant. I still have not recieved my refund which is $525. I have been nothing but kind b.c rudeness doesnt get u anywhere when u need help. I feel I was treated VERY disrespectfully n I would NEVER recommend Superior Tax Service to ANYONE! If they have messed up this many things on just my return who knows how many others were incorrect n they don't know.
