I've been tanning at toucan tan for a couple of years because its location was very convenient. The location is no longer good enough. I've had many problems with the rude employees. They are snobby and unhelpful. They would prefer to hold a conversation amongst themselves then help a customer. I hear them bad talk other customers after they leave. The owner isn't any better. You cannot leave a message for her, nor will she call you. You must call her when she is at the salon, which isn't very frequent. I've had issues with them closing early and opening late. I've always bought a monthly package, but now they only have 1 bed I like and I've had to wait 45 mins to use it. Sure, the employees will allow me to use a lower quality bed, but my package is for the higher quality bed and won?t offer any kind of compensation. Their hours aren?t great and they close for every single little holiday and will not give makeup days. Since I started looking at other salons in the area, Toucan Tan is not competitive in price or bed quality, plus THE EMPLOYEES ARE TERRIBLE!!!!
