This review only applies to the location in Mission Viejo. The company does not work well with the customer when there is a problem or when THEY make changes in YOUR order! I had ordered over 400 medals, custom engraved and they said they had to change the product I ordered and then changed the delivery date and then when I got it, it was bundled in groups incorrectly and when I asked to have it corrected or compensated for having to undo all the banded bundles and recount and rebundle the answer was ""oh well"" - no apology , no help. They treat you like you are a nuisance, not a customer! I also ordered over 30 trophies. This is a new owner and the old owner and I worked together on orders for more than 6 years and I never had a problem.
