Terrible workmanship such as pipe installed incorrectly requiring redoing after I had to explain to them how to do it properly, smashed joints from poor screwing together, loose screws in wall brace and pipe was still installed out of plumb with a lean after second attempt. Then, they promised to come back to install the contracted roof bracket so I paid in full...and never saw them again! Plus they smashed my dryer vent by dropping a ladder but didn't inform me of it. Paid top dollar expecting top workmanship and they sent a crew of non-English speaking workers and a guy pretending to know what he was doing as boss. Don't let Bruce's smile and friendliness fool you, he's a super-salesman who you won't see supervising his own workers after you sign the deal. Totally disgusted.
