I purchased an ADT Pulse System that you see advertised after reading several reviews, both positive and negative. I had a great experience, the sales person was upfront and honest and laid out the expectations as to what and how the system would be installed, set a scheduled installation date around my hectic schedule and contacted me to inform me the name of the installer that would be installing our system. The technician, Manny Lopez I believe was his name, called the day before and reviewed what was to be installed and notified us as to the time frame that he would arrive. The system installation went flawless, they cleaned up after themselves and spent the time explaining ALL of the functions that system can do for us, (the sales person should have been better prepared in all of the uses of this system).. Now I can see my 12 year old daughter entering and leaving my home via video feed to my android phone as well as control the lighting, locks and temperature of my home.... Thanks ADT.... have had it for 3 months and have zero issues......
