Businiess name:  Tim's of Philadelphia

Review content:
I went to Tim's and asked for a relaxer, I was given a stylist that ""specializes in relaxers"". When she was finished putting the relaxer on me, she told me that she had skipped a spot in-between my last relaxer and my touch-up. She said if I had any problems, she could fix it. My hair started to fall out at the point between the two relaxers. I went back to her, but there was nothing that she could do to fix it. When I complained to the owner of the store, he said that I had mistreated my hair and that was why it fell out. They refused to help me and I was forced to cut off all of my hair and regrow it. There are plenty of salons in downtown Philadelphia, stay away from this one. Cons: bad service, inexperienced stylists, rude
