It was clear from the begining that this staff was overwhelmed. I asked several times if they thought they could alter my dress correctly and they reassured me several times they could. The day I was supposed to pick up the dress, they called and gave me a quote that was more than double the original. I asked if the dress was ready and they replied it was not. When I finally did go to pick up the dress, it was a total mess. The hemming at the bottom was very poorly done and all of the stiching showed through. They created seams where there had been none before. My dress was ruined. Only bring clothing to this shop that you don't care about and certainly plan on paying at least double what they quote you. I will never return to this shop for alterations.
Pros: In Mt. Pleasant
Cons: Entirely incompetent. Maybe nevered sewed before in their lives.
