Allthough I was treated like I should have been. The owner apparently has a reputation around town for being a bit ""unfriendly"". What an understatement! If I had known what this guy was about, I'd have never considered this place. Being new to town, I knew no better. Even though he wasn't actually working on a client when I walked in (what a surprise) I still had about a 20 minute wait in the akward lobby while the nail tech glared at me. When Billy finally sat me down, he didn't really care enough to discuss what it was that I wanted. What I wanted was a fresh perspective, what I got was a root touch up and a trim. How do you style hair for a living without a creative bone in your body?! And how does a salon like this even stay in business when nobody working there even wants YOU to be there?! Maybe it was just me, but when I share my experience (and even when I don't) everyone brings up what a terrible place that salon is! Pros: Aveda products Cons: Everything else
