The customer service as this location (Mondawmin) is horrible. I have tried to make an appointment for two-weeks....they reps. that answer the phone always sounds depressed and have and attitude like why are you calling! They have placed me on hold for 10 plus mins only to finally pick up the hang up on me,,,,When I called back the said they only have one book and someoone else was using it to schedule appt.
