We had a vacation planned for Hawaii leaving out of SLC international airport. Upon arrival we were directed to a check-in stand and was told to swipe the credit card used in making the reservation, which we did. Since I had 2 reservations through Continental (one that day for Hawaii and one for later on in April to Los Angeles, CA) both reservations came up. The customer rep who was behind the desk to ""help"" walked around and was very sarcastic asking why we were even there if our trip was in April. I explained that we also have this trip to Hawaii, NOW. He just blankly stared at me and walked away, Not knowing what else to do, I continued the self check-in and paid the 125.00 due for check-in baggage. Thinking the process was over I took a picture of the confirmation number (always take a picture of the screen!) I waited for the boarding passes and receipt for our flight... never got printed. The same sarcastic man came over and asked ""what are you doing"" I replied ""waiting for my boarding passes"" He continued to tell me I did it wrong and asked for the name it was under, in all the confusion (with 5 travelers) the credit card was handed back to the man and he swiped it went through the whole process again and re-charged for the bags. I told him about the confirmation number I just had and again, he just stared at me and said absolutely NOTHING. I asked what needed to be done if we were charged twice, and again, he said nothing. He just looked at me like i was stupid. He handed the boarding passes to my father and we walked away. The whole time he belittled me, was sarcastic to me, ignored me when asked a question, and double charged me $125.
