I agree with the comment about no (would-be) employee loyalty. I was jerked around for a couple of months. I also did well on the tests. They were considering me for so many jobs, then suddenly I didn't have enough computer experience. I had a job, then I didn't have a job. The job starts next week, then it didn't start next week. The paperwork hadn't been done to get me into the job, so they sent other people. I shouldn't be ""pigeonholed"" for that job anyway, so they would just take me off the list and look for something else. They promised this job to me so many times, and I expressed that I really needed to work, but it just seemed like a garden party to them...oh well, la-di-dah! Ended up with no job at all.
