I use to love going there and usually dealt with the rude service. I won't return now. I went in and while I was waiting in line I answered my phone. I know your thinking that that is rude, but the second I was asked what I wanted I said, ""can I get a--"" I was cut off by the employee and told ""Get off the phone. Next."" I was wasting no one's time. I work in the service industry and that was extremely rude! Even if I was being rude in any way, I'm still the customer and won't return now.
