I was looking for a pedicure for me and a friend at 2:00 on a Friday afternoon. We needed to be out of the salon at 3:00. When I made the appointment I asked for 2 pedicures at 2:00. When I arrived, there was only one chair. But the pedicurist quickly suggested that she could give each of us an express pedicure and we could get out of there by 3:00. We decided this was fine and was glad that she made the effort to accomodate us. I missed the relaxtion of a full pedicure, but my toes looked great! The rest of the salon was very comfy and the other stylists and guests were friendly and we chatted about our weekend plans. It was as if I had been going there for years. The price was great - $25 for the express pedicure. I would definitely go back there. They were running a special of a free manicure with the pedicure but we didn't have time to take care of it.
Pros: friendly, accomodating. my toes still look great 2 weeks later!
Cons: mix up with appointment
