Sam and his staff are amazing. My house hasn't been that clean since we moved in. They did so much more than surface cleaning (ie vacuumed the coils under the fridge). They not only cleaned, but they took a step further and helped to organize. I'm very happy to have found Window Genie. The best part is the owner, Sam, inspects the home after each cleaning.

The worst experience you'll have. These people lie and scam and will do anything to part you from your money. Don't trust anyone that works there. They are absolutely terrible to do business with. Just a bunch of slick talking salesmen that lie to your face. Don't believe a word they say. Save yourself the headache and take your business to a reputable company.

I would say this store definitely tried its hardest to please their customers. I dont know if this is the regular practice but the salesman kept "going to the manager" to see if he could get us a better deal. I felt like he was giving us the run-a-round a bit. We ended up buying our car elsewhere. However they have a very large selection of cars.

While staying the day in Lincolnwood for a convention, the car I was riding in broke down. Luckily, it broke down right in front of Tuffy Auto Service Center (literally), so we were able to just roll it into the parking lot.
However, despite that stroke of luck, Tuffy's served us practically no purpose, other than to let our car sit in the parking lot until a tow truck could bring it away. They said they wouldn't look at it until after the weekend was over.
However, despite this, I must say that the staff was overall friendly and helpful. Our group was hungry, and one member is handicapped, so one of the workers lent us his car so that we could get something to eat. For this reason, and this reason alone, I'm giving this Tuffy's 2 stars.
