me and a friend of mine were trying to decide where to eat on friday night and i mentioned starlight. she thought we would have a problem getting a table but i talked her into it. soo glad i did. it was the best dinner i have had in so long, simply perfect. my friend started off with the warm spinach salad, i had the mussels. it is so nice for a chef to do something different with mussels, everyone does the same old white wine garlic shallots lemon juice, witch don't get me wrong i love, but these were amazing. they were steamed in heffewizen and goat cheese with a little tarragon, wow. after that we ordered a bottle of wine witch our very knowledgable server recomended, he was great and very handsom by the way, anyways the wine was perfect and just like he described it.we finished off splitting the grouper that the server said was brand new to the menu and it was perfect, summer vegetables citrus butter and jasmin rice, really good. we did not have room for dessert after that but we did move to the bar for a night cap and had a delicious fresh kiwi martini. over all we loved the place and ill be back next time im in town. thanks starlite
