Review content:
I called this textbook store to ask the price of a Spanish text. I called about 6 times and everytime it rang & rang. Then they would pick the phone up and hang up on me. This was very frustrating. Not a good idea to hang up on prospective student buyers. I will not visit this store in the future and would rather spend the extra money it cost for a textbook at the OCC campus. Very RUDE! I only rated this a 1 star because i had to in order to get my review published otherwise this rates 0 stars.
