If you are on a schedule, DO NOT call this company. If they are busy, you could end up waiting for a cab for hours. They use a very odd system. You call dispatch, they put the call in the computer, and now is up to the drivers to pick the fare out of the dispatching computer mounted in every vehicle.Opt for companies that talk directly with their drivers thru 2 way radios. They usually are in constant communication with the dispatch, which ables the dispatch to give you a much better idea, to how long the cab is going to take. Another advice, never prepay for transportation services. Since the economy is down, you are better of, negotiating with the driver. Never get in a cab before negotiating price(yes, it is negotiable). Their drivers, can hardly speak English, and they are very unprofessional. Pros: Mostly new cars, Accept Credit Cards Cons: Unprofessional driver, bad response time, lack of customer serv
