So I have lived here for just about two years and it has been TERRIBLE!!
Not only is the management no help whatsoever, but both my car and my roommate's cars' tires were STOLEN and left on blocks!!! This is not a rare thing that happens here either. There has been a least TEN more cars left on blocks (not including ours). When we reported the theft to the front office, their completely unconcerned response was that they could do nothing and that we could not find better security at any other complex.
Tire theft is not the only security issue at this complex. We were also informed by police outside of our building that a woman was mugged and her purse was stolen.
Signature Ridge claims to be a safe ""gated community,"" but more than not the gates DON'T WORK. This adds to the complete lack of security and safety on property grounds.
To any potential renters, I URGE you to think twice about moving in. There are definitely less costly options which offer much more security.
