These people brow beat my mother-in-law into overspending for a locally made queen size mattress, which cost more than a comparable Serta mattress at two local chains, and then when they were supposed to deliver it either didn't show up or were to stupid to ring the front door bell. They then had the nerve to call up my mother-in-law and yell at her over the phone about not being at her home when they arrived and waited 1/2 hour. However, my wife and mother-in-law were inside the house at the time of the supposed delivery attempt. While the second delivery attempt went well this is no way to treat a customer. I will never go to this place of business.
Pros: Nastiest Customer service in Washington State
Cons: Browbeat Elderly people into making over priced purchases
