Jon was very nice and professional, taking the tme to explain anything and everything I asked. I appreciated the fact that he didn't give up when he had trouble clearing things up. Eddy had to come and camera it and agin he was nice and professional answering any questions I had. Everything is working well and if the need were to arise I would call on Ben Franklin.
